I want you to be happy with your vinyl. If it's not quite what you expected, or you've changed your mind, just send it back within 30 days and I'll refund you in full.

  • Vinyl in original, unplayed condition
  • Original packaging and sleeve intact
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Damaged items received
  • Wrong item shipped

Not Accepted

  • Vinyl that has been played
  • Damaged packaging due to mishandling
  • Returns after 30 days
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customer damage not related to shipping

Special Circumstances

Damaged in Transit

If your vinyl arrives damaged, that's on me. Just send me some photos of the damage and I'll either send you a new one or refund you completely - whatever you prefer.

I'll deal with the shipping company so you don't have to worry about it.

Wrong Item Received

Got the wrong vinyl? My mistake! I'll send you the right one straight away and include a label to send the wrong one back - no rush on that.

I'll use faster shipping for the replacement, no extra cost to you.
