Millectables is a UK-based independent music and art project. This site showcases the Surviving 27 vinyl collection; purchases are completed on Etsy, which handles all payment processing under its own privacy policy.
Contact form and newsletter. If you contact us or subscribe to updates, we receive the details you submit (name, email address, and your message). These forms are processed by Formspree, which stores submissions on our behalf.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and outbound clicks to our Etsy listing. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Stored on your device. Your favorites list and theme preference are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we cannot see them.
We do not sell or share your personal data, we do not run user accounts, and we never see your payment details — those are handled entirely by Etsy.
Contact messages and newsletter subscriptions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you or send the updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to delete your messages.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@millectables.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Etsy (purchases), Formspree (forms), Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics (usage statistics), and Vercel (hosting) each process data under their own privacy policies.
