UK shipping is free on all orders. International shipping is available — rates are calculated at checkout on our Etsy store based on your location.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Each vinyl ships in a rigid mailer with corner protectors; the cover artwork is wrapped in a protective sleeve and the record is secured inside its inner sleeve to prevent movement in transit.
Because every edition is one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer exchanges — once an edition sells, there is no second copy to swap it for.
If your vinyl arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement pressing with your edition's artwork or a full refund.
Orders placed on Etsy are also covered by Etsy's buyer policies, and any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law are unaffected.
